The enema is applied in the form of a liquid to the rectum as ordered by a doctor. The purpose of the application can be cleansing (e.g., in constipation, before preparation for surgery), diagnostic (in investigations), and therapeutic (in the administration of active substances). The video shows the preparation of the provider, the preparation of the patient, the preparation of the space and material, the application of the industrially prepared climate, the arrangement of the patient, the surroundings, and the documentation of the performed interventions.
