The materials from this project support the learning of technical skills nurses might need when attending patients in different healthcare settings.

Interpreting an arterial blood gas analysis

This podcast presents three case studies from an emergency department. The reports of the case patients are detailed with signs, symptoms, vitals and the arterial blood gas sample results. Each case includes the correct interpretation of the blood gas analysis and the clinical explanation.
